This team puts into practice “Let the praise of God be on their lips and a two-edged sword in their hand…”.

None of us carry swords, but we bring the attitude of alert, attentive protectors, of our friends and family, to Sacred Heart events.  If someone has a medical problem, we’ll step up as the first responders and then call for additional help as needed. If there is a weather or fire threat, we do the same. If there is a disruption of some sort, we help settle and resolve it.

The Security Team is an in-the-background service that recognizes the unpredictability of many aspects of life, and provides a group of people and structure  which makes each of us better cared for and protected in the parish.
