Elizabeth Bianchi
Miss Bianchi is an Assistant Director of Advancement for Academy and Parish, with special roles on the Communications team and as SHA’s liaison to the John Henry Newman Institute. Miss Bianchi was born and raised in Hillsdale, Michigan, where she attended a private classical Christian school from kindergarten all the way through high school graduation. She went on to receive her Bachelor of the Arts degree in Philosophy and Classical Education from Hillsdale College, where she also undertook a teaching apprenticeship as part of her course of study. She worked for the K-12 Education Office and Marketing Department at Hillsdale College, serving as a Communications Assistant and Project Management Assistant. She enjoys spending time with friends, memorizing poetry, studying art history, photography, and antiquing. Her favorite poets are Gerard Manley Hopkins and T.S. Eliot, but she appreciates Eliot’s writings on culture and educational philosophy as well. She has personal devotions to St. Anthony of Padua, St. Francis of Assisi, and St. Mary Magdalene (just to name a few!).
